PMRS has several opportunities available for both direct care employees (Community Support Specialists/CSS), entry level management positions and administrative positions.
PMRS employees are eligible for medical, dental and vision benefits after their first 60-days of employment the bulk of which is employer paid with employees making a nominal contribution every pay period, employees are eligible for a group rate with AFLAC a supplemental insurance provider, we offer employees the opportunity to contribute to a Tax Shelter Annuity in order to save for/plan for retirement, PMRS meets the requirement for the Federal Student Loan Forgiveness program, we offer paid vacation after one year of employment, employees are eligible for 40-hours paid sick time annually, PMRS offers paid training. After an initial training period employees will have a set schedule, if applicable to the position, and will be offered overtime hours if requested.
